ATLAS PREMIUM PEST CONTROL

We had a great experience with Atlas Pest Control. In particular, one of the technicians (bald head, E plates) really stood out. He was extremely patient, took the time to clearly explain everything to both me and my wife, and walked us through the entire process step by step. He was very polite, professional, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed. Previous spray visits we’ve had were honestly pretty horrendous, so this experience was a huge improvement. We would gladly request this technician again for future services. I’d also love to get his name so I can personally thank him for the excellent job he did. Highly recommend!

Really happy with the service and everything that was done. Russell came out to inspect and give me a quote, he was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions. Then the technician came out and explained what was doing to happen, he was also great and was able to do everything in the time quoted. Honestly no complaints at all and when we came home after the treatment (Termite and General pest) my porch was a graveyard of dead spiders and insects! Very happy and will definitely be coming back

Atlas Premium Pest Control always do a brilliant job. We’ve used them twice now (two different homes) and each time we’ve been really happy with their service. They sorted out our ant and mouse infestation each time, and are very knowledgeable with their product. Would highly recommend.

We have used Atlas Premium Pest Control every year since moving into our home, and will continue to do so . This year we had two people do our annual spray , and the two young technicians took the time to discuss if we had any issues and provided a very thorough check of the entire house and surrounds. Very helpful technicians and were true professionals going about their duties and a great asset to Atlas Premium Pest Control. I would also like to mention the staff who we dealt with over the phone as every concern I had regarding insect or vermin were passed onto the technicians. These ladies that I spoke to were very polite and helpful. I have no problem in recommending this company to do your job in the most professional manner. We have been using Altas for over 20 years & when we moved we had them come out & do an inspection on the new house. Russell came out and talked us through the whole process & booked our work day for the following week. On the day they arrived on time carried out the work so professionaly and quickly. I had problems with my bank transfer the office gorls were wonderful ad allowed me to pay 1/2 one day & the other 1/2 the following day. I can't recomend this company enough from the first phone call to payment they bend ovr bckwards to help you out, Absolutly 10 stars!!

Small business with big service. Had pest control in the past but service from Altas Premium stands out.Would like to commend Jarrad for his competent and professional work. He was on time, was meticulous and thorough, very efficient, finished on time and explained everything he did. Russel who provided the quote knew better than me what I needed done. I would highly recommend them to anybody who wants a job well done and at an affordable price. I will surely ask them to help with any future pest control that is needed.
