Comprehensive easy to read building and pest reports with lots of clear photos of what the report is talking about. Look at example reports online of companies you are looking at, not all building reports are created equal, some are short and text only no photos. The photos make it so much easier to understand. I have used bestwest for two property purchases now in Vic Park and Guildford and I wouldn't go with anyone else. The inspector called me to discuss defects and gave me maintenance tips and recommended what I should tackle first. And shout out to Matias in the office who I called at 8am who managed to get me an inspection that day at 11am as I only had two business days left on my sale and purchase agreed days left! Highly recommend these guys.
