I have been through 2 other companies that couldn’t fix/ were not forthcoming with rectifying my issues when it didn’t work the first time. Chris on the other hand took the time to explain to me what the solutions could be, and even when it didn’t work the first time (because their were multiple nests and the difficult one was tucked under my floor) 🤯, he came back within a day and figured an alternative solution, again explaining how that came to be and what will happen next. Fair to say, one happy customer and will be returning for my annual maintenance. 10/10 recommend
