Marc and Lachie explained everything clearly as they were completing termite and spider treatment, didn't mind answering my (many) questions, and were respectful of the property. It's clear the VIP team know what they're doing and are experts in the field. We had an extensive termite issue that I was really concerned about. Treatment was organised quickly, well explained, a reasonable price, and I no longer feel worried. Thanks very much VIP! We'll be long term customers. Highly recommend!!
