In November of 2013 we were purchasing a house and needed a termite inspection. We chose Brendan based on the phone call conversation we had. Every year since then he has performed a termite inspection. Thanks to his expertise we've never had an issue with termites. A couple of years ago we had a huge issue with ants. Of course we called Brendan to help. He sprayed the perimeter of the house and that gave us a whole year without ants!! A year ago we had mice in our roof. Again we called Brendan who came out and installed bait stations inside and outside the house and in the garage. Since then we've had none inside only dead ones inside the bait stations. They're also pet safe which was very important to us as we have a dog. As added protection against termites we had Sentricon stations installed around the perimeter of our house. Brendan explained Macedon Ranges is a high termite area so it only made sense we had Sentricon installed. Honestly look no further that Macedon Ranges Termite Specialists, Brendan is the best in the business. He's always punctual, friendly and well priced. We won't trust anyone else.
