Propest's service was timely and very efficient. I rang them Tuesday, they came on Wednesday. There had been a very bad odour pervading the house and Aaron search the roof space and under the house, where helocated and removing the source of the problem. Their rates are most inexpensive for a wonderful service. (About a quarter of the cost of a well known competitor. I will definitely commend them to everyone and use them again if the need arises.. Extremely satisfied customer.

I had some bugs in my house which I thought it was bed bugs. The first place I called told me that I will have to get someone else out for an inspection which will cost around $200, and then the bed bugs treatment will be from $500. I called Propest as I was recommended by a colleague. David asked me to send through a photo of the bugs so that we can ensure it is bed bugs. Turned out it wasn't, but it was fabric bugs. He gave me some advice on how to get rid of them. Thanks to David, I didn't have to waste money on an inspection, which I would have to do had I have gone with the other pest place. I will come back to Propest if I have any other issues in the future.
