I recently used iSpect for a building and pest inspection and was very impressed with their service. The team was prompt, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. The inspector took the time to explain everything clearly and provided a detailed report with helpful photos and recommendations. It gave me peace of mind knowing that no issues were overlooked. I would highly recommend iSpect to anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable inspection service.

Very happy with the services provided by Building Inspections Ringwood APBI. We were under a very tight schedule and required the house inspection to be done asap during the new year. APBI was one of the few companies that were happy to accommodate our needs/requirements and the report was provided the very next day as requested. The contents of the report was also great and outlined all the minor/major issues that the inspector had found with an overall rating of the inspected property. Definitely would recommend them to family and friends who are planning on purchasing a property.

I dealt with Andy and he was AMAZING. Andy not only explained what wasn't compliant but educated me in understanding why it wasn't compliant. He provided solutions to my non compliance, which is so helpful when you have to fix certain issues. Andy was also extremely flexible in making a time that suited my work schedule. I passed, which was the most important. I would highly recommend APBI services and Andy. Thank you so much for an exceptional experience Andy.
