Marc was very knowledgeable and informative when I spoke to him over the phone. However when he came out not 30 minutes later that’s when I knew he was the real deal. I had eyes on the large brown snake (about 5 ft) under a boulder. Marc attempted to catch him first but the snake retreated under the boulder. We thought it was going to be difficult from there but the snake was in a hurry and came out in my direction but went to do an about face and reared up. Marc was like lightning and grabbed it by the tail. Job done unbelievable! Highly recommended!! Top bloke!

Marc from Pest and Snakes Snake Removal was absolutely incredible. Yesterday, I discovered a snake hiding in my garage, and understandably, was pretty shaken up. From the moment I called Marc, he was calm, professional, and reassuring. He arrived quickly, assessed the situation with confidence, and clearly explained what he was going to do. What really impressed me was how knowledgeable and careful he was throughout the entire process. He thoroughly inspected the garage, located the snake, and safely captured it without causing damage or unnecessary stress. You could tell right away that he has real expertise and experience handling these situations. Marc didn’t just remove the snake and leave — he also gave me helpful advice on how to prevent snakes from entering the garage in the future, which I truly appreciated. His professionalism, responsiveness, and skill turned what could have been a terrifying experience into a manageable one. I can’t recommend Marc from Pest and Snakes highly enough. Fast, reliable, and genuinely caring — i’m so grateful for his help!

Called on a Saturday morning frantic about the site of cockroaches, Marc was kind enough to come out same day to assess the issue and exterminate, took his time and didnt rush the job. Was very kind and answered all our questions in detail and put our minds at ease. I've given him follow up calls with questions and he has been so generous with his time even after the completion of works. Thank you so much Marc, my partner and I will be recommending you to anyone and everyone if they are in need of your services. 😊

Marc was absolutely fabulous. He was able to attend even before Christmas and nothing was a hassle for him. He inspected our property for snakes (following a sighting earlier in the week) and put our minds at ease. He then did the pest and rodent treatments and did such a thorough job. It was very satisfying walking back in the house to see any spiders and bugs already meeting their fate! He was so friendly and helpful and more than happy to listen and answer any questions. Will definitely be using him ongoing from here. Thanks again Marc & Merry Christmas 🎄
