  We recently contacted Gurpreet regarding an ant problem, and during the inspection he also identified a mouse issue we weren’t even fully aware of. Naturally, we were quite stressed about the situation, but Gurpreet handled everything with such patience and reassurance. He carefully located the exact source of the problem and explained the treatment process in a way that was easy to understand. What felt overwhelming at first became much less worrying after speaking with him. We really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and the time he took to answer all our questions. It’s comforting to know there are reliable people you can call when things like this happen. Highly recommend his service.

  Gurpreet was really helpful when we called him for an ant issue and also discovered a mouse in the house. He came promptly, identified the exact locations where the problem was coming from, and explained everything clearly. What could have been a complete nightmare for us felt much more manageable after he walked us through the situation and the remedy he was putting in place. He made sure we understood what was happening and what to expect next. Really appreciate his calm approach and professionalism. Definitely recommend Gurpreet if you’re dealing with pests.

  Gurpreet was absolutely wonderful to deal with and I would recommend 7 States for anyone looking to resolve a pest issue in Melbourne. From the first phone call, organising a time, attending our property promptly and getting the job done even faster than he had estimated, I couldn’t have hoped for anything more! We were shown all of the problem areas in our home and all issues and treatments were explained including how to request follow up attendance if needed.
