  Above and beyond service. I had been looking for someone to assist with noises in our roof, and most places I was finding online did not appear trustworthy until I came across 1800Possums. I submitted an enquiry yesterday and Luke was out today to inspect and treat the problem. He gave me clear advice and a plan to move forward was given. The invoice was sent immediately upon job completion which was easy to pay on my phone using Apple Pay. I will update if I have anything to add post treatment, but so far my experience was well and truly above anything I was expecting.

  Thanks very much to the guys at 1800Possums. Matt attended our house quickly (just before Christmas) and the team was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They kept in touch regularly and attended when they said they would. Importantly, there is no sign of our little house guest anymore. Thanks again.

  We had a possum we named Poppy move into our roof, and she was very active during the night and early mornings! Sam came out to help us and thank goodness he did. He was able to safely and effectively get her out of the house by installing a one-way door, unfortunate for Poppy, but amazing for us! She’s now out, and hopefully has found (or will find) a much more suitable home. Sam was great to deal with, friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy, quick and stress-free. Couldn’t recommend Sam highly enough. Thank you heaps, Sam!

  1800Possums were very professional and efficient. We hired them when we thought a possum had died in our roof. They responded quickly and helped to arrange roof repairs, then installed a possum door plus rat bait. Hopefully we won't have any more carcasses in the roof! Sam was very communicative, polite, and punctual. Thanks 1800Possums!
