Ricky has been an absolute legend in dealing with our possum problems. The buggers were in our roof cavity and Ricky setup a one-way trap door and pieces of apple to lure them out. He then came back multiple times to ensure that the possums were 100% gone and out of our ceilings before closing off the open areas. He even set up a motion detection camera and also gutter guards to keep track of them and to ensure they would never return again. Ricky was always clear on the next steps and was always available to answer our questions and even visited our home over the weekends to make sure everything was okay with the door. I cannot recommend Ricky enough for his outstanding professionalism and communication. Don’t bother with anyone else to solve your pest problems. Ricky is your one and only man!
