Having had to deal with a few trades it’s so nice to come across one that is honest, genuine and knowledgeable. Nick quoted a fee on the phone, came same day that I called him as I had rodents eating my couch out and I freaked out naturally! I called Nick not knowing him and he was calm and gave his word he would be attend same day. Not only did he charge me less that what he quoted he searched the property, set up baits and reassured me he would resolve the problem. I was so freaked out but when Nick left I was so calm and that’s due to Nick’s calm manner and knowledge. I have will recommend Nick to everyone I know and don’t know, don’t waste time and money like I did at trade stores buying stuff that won’t work, just call Nick he will fix it for you! If I could give him 10 stars I would his that good!

Highly recommend! I messaged Nick at 6am on a Saturday after finding 5 mice in my pantry. He messaged back at 8am, called at 930am and was at my house by 10.45am! He was very informative and patient explaining everything to me and making me feel at ease. Super thorough and took pictures with notes and sent them to me so I could explain to my husband who was away at the time. Highly recommend Nick. You’re in super safe hands. Great rates too.

He attended within a couple of days of my enquiry and offered a more effective, longer term solution to our ant problem than the bandaid Bunnings remedies we had been using. Very reasonably priced and I appreciated that same-day service was possible.
