Fred's a genuine person who explains people the issue and doesn't provide unnecessary recommendations. Called him for a rodent on roof but he told me it was a cat and advised I don't need to spend for the treatment as that's not required. He saw a cat and setup a cage for it and on Day 2 of the setup able to nab it. Thank you Fred !
