Mart from D-day pest control offered a great service from start to finish. Squeezed me in to a very busy schedule as it was an outdoor job that wasn't too complex. He was good with communication, got the job done and was very thorough. Problem solved in one day and a happy customer left in the wake. Would totally recommend.

I had a very difficult problem regarding a possum getting inside our under-floor heating/cooling ducting system, so I called Matthew from D-Day to see if he could help. He had to crawl into a very tight space but was able, not only to identify which part of the ducting system that the possum was using, but also to find its point of entry. A great result - many thanks Matt. I will know who to contact next time!

Big thank you to D-Day Pest Control for helping us sort out a MOUNTIAN of an ant issue recently 🐜 I’d seen their van around the Geelong area plenty of times, so I was hopeful their reputation was solid, and thankfully, it was 🧡 The best part was how easy the actual service felt once we were booked in. The team came out, explained the situation clearly, and handled everything with confidence and care. They even helped with a few added areas we hadn’t realised needed attention, which was such a lovely bonus. The only area that could use a little tightening up is the booking process. It took around two weeks of a lot of back and forth to get the appointment locked in, and I wasn’t able to reach a receptionist outside a limited set of work hours. A clearer booking system, form, or even a short video explaining what details are needed upfront would make the experience even smoother 😁 Overall though, they were professional, helpful, and great to work with 🐜🐜🐜

We discovered a couple of possums in the narrow space between the ceiling of our ground and first floors, and contacted D-Day Pest Control for help. Matt and the team were amazing to deal with, responded promptly, and clearly explained the process and timing. Matt quickly identified the entry points the possums were using and installed temporary structures so they could leave safely without needing to be trapped, and once they had gone, sealed up all the access points so they couldn’t return.
