    When I contacted Jim’s I got an sms that I would be called by Ian. Was contacted within 30 minutes and after quick chat it was enough for me to proceed. Ian arrived after lunch as promised and got the job done. Also took the time to explain what he was doing, and gave advice to deal with pests.. Was also the cheapest quote.
