Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish Dan at BUZZ PEST CONTROL. He was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. Dan took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the process. The treatment worked perfectly, we noticed results almost immediately, firstly on our commercial property and then our home. Both properties have been pest-free ever since. They were respectful of our properties clean, and very thorough in every area they treated. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, but these guys go above and beyond. Dan was fantastic! After reading some of the negative reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. It’s disappointing that some people are so quick to complain. Dan is incredibly friendly and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly before starting and even gave me the option to change or cancel anything we had previously agreed to via text. That level of transparency and professionalism is rare. Most importantly, and we’ve had pest control done numerous times in this house, he uses products that ACTUALLY WORK. He’s not just spraying water around and hoping for the best. I was also really impressed by how thorough he is. He sprays the fences along the entire perimeter and even treats the trees, not just the house itself. That attention to detail makes a huge difference. I’ve had to get work redone far too many times by other companies, but not with BuzzPest. They arrive on time, use quality products, and are friendly, helpful, professional and honesty the price is very competitive. I've paid a lot more for a lot less. Most importantly, the treatment delivers real results. After a visit from BuzzPest, the cockroaches, spiders, and other bugs are gone. They also handle rodent issues if that’s something you’re dealing with, thankfully, we didn’t have that problem. Highly recommend! PS - our house was sprayed 4 months ago and we still have ZERO bugs n spiders. Thanks BuzzPest.

Dan from Buzz Pest Control was great. He went about doing a great job and making sure that I was happy. He gave me some great advice on completion of the job. He also followed up to make sure I was happy and if I ever needed him again he would happy to come. I would recommend anyone to use Dan and will definitely use him again at a later date. Dan was fantastic, went above & beyond to come out on a Sunday for us because the weather changed to storms throughout the week for our initial booking!
