Just had a visit from James, from Bugs are Gone. He completed an ant treatment for me and was very professional. He explained to me what the treatment was and how it would be conducted and what I was to expect afterwards. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable pest technician.

Highly recommend James, he is honest, reliable and efficient. When initially searching for someone he was the only one that was honest, answered all questions before, during and after the treatment and gave a set quote without trying to upsell other things that may not be necessary with educated/experience facts. This is our second spray with him and will continue to get him out annually.

James from Bugs are Gone came out to my house to do a general pest treatment. The service was excellent, he was very informative, and very respectful whilst at my home. I would be more than willing to recommend him for future pest control.
