Very comprehensive check done compared to what we had done by one of the larger companies thr last 4 years.Russel uses the latest moisture checking equipment to do the checks instead of other companies that just walk around tapping with a pole Recommendations what he thinks we should do what like remove gravel from top of foundation. Liked the way we are only dealing with a company that has the owner do the check.Give Russel a chance to quote.

I’ve known Russell for quite a few years now, from when he used to work for a company and I’ve followed him across to his own business. Russell is very thoughtful, attention to details and friendly. He has carefully checked everywhere that the bugs can possibly hide. Also ensure he will come back and check again after two weeks. I hope the issue will be resolved, can't see any cockroaches yet.
