Johnny has looked over multiple properties for me now. Including an existing property and a brand new build. He’s been amazing and so attentive in both situations - he found a few issues during the new build and gave clear advice and information to give to the builder to get it rectified! It kept the builder honest! He watched every stage of the build and gave me regular updates and noted any concerns! When he inspected my 1989 built property he was extremely thorough and in-depth including even climbing into the very low pitched ceiling to ensure that all the insulation and structures were all ok and without issue! His reports are very informative and clear with photos and videos of him completing the work!
