Great service & advice. I text HomeMasters on a Sunday for a building & pest inspection on a house we were looking to buy. Chris responded promptly with a quote, once confirmed he contacted the selling agent and had an inspection booked in for 9am the very next (Monday) morning. This was perfect considering our cooling off period was Tuesday midnight. Chris called following the inspection with a very detailed easy to understand explanation of the inspection. This was followed by an even more detailed 75 page report on the same day. Chris’ very prompt & thorough service gave us the time to make the appropriate decisions on our offer on the house. Would happily recommend these guys!

We met with Chris this morning for a walk-through of our new (old) house, immediately after he'd completed a thorough inspection. He was personable, knowledgeable and clearly communicated all the big and small things he'd picked up in the inspection. His detailed work has helped us feel clear-headed about the renovation work ahead of us. A 75 page report was emailed to us later the same day. Money well-spent.

Chris and Patrick were super helpful. They got an inspection done in less than one day, and Chris patiently talked me through the report. I was charged $790 for a building and pest inspection for a 3 bedroom house.
