Hem came to fumigate my home for black ants and termites and he was amazing throughout the whole process even simply calling to book. Very professional and friendly individual, who also discovered a termite problem out the front so I could inform my landlord. I booked Hem based off his reviews which I highly recommend you do the same, but he was also better priced than competitors, provided more warranty and knowledge to ensure the best immediate and long term results and was prompt to complete the job. Just had Hem out to deal with termites, and they didn't stand a chance. He was professional, friendly and easy to deal with from the start. Genuine guy and not trying to upsell, I honestly knew he had integrity from the beginning. I can't recommend him highly enough as the star rating stops at 5. Thanks Hem for sorting it out, ps: he spotted a termite mount next to trees out front on the council side of our property who are sending an Arborist out to inspect. I guess that's the termites headquarters...for now.😂

We were dealing with an ongoing ant problem and since using DC Pest Control we haven’t had a single issue. No ants, spiders or other bugs at all. We have two cats, so it was really important that the treatment was pet-friendly, which it was. They did a fantastic job, were professional, reasonably priced, and were very happy to continue with a yearly treatment. Highly recommend!
