The report he provided was very detailed and had good recommendations for long term upkeep as well. Noel was incredibly thorough and explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner. He took care to highlight any future maintenance required and answered my questions in a way that was accessible to a first home buyer. The building and pest inspection reports are incredibly detailed, including plenty of pictures and arrows/diagrams where required.
