Lovely firm to deal with and very friendly and helpful. Was fantastic how they fit us in, after only ringing 2 days beforehand. Looking forward to not seeing any bugs in the coming days/weeks.   The WKT team are amazing to deal with! Transparency in pricing before even talking to anyone was what made me progress and it got better from there. Good communication, updates for when they were arriving - they never left me wondering when they would be there. Did our internal and external pest control. Keen to see the results in 6 weeks or so. 10/10 recommend and will be using them in 12 month rotation moving forward. Thanks team! Keep up the great work

  I had a great experience with We Kill Termites. Nathan, who handled the booking, was excellent with communication and made the whole process very smooth. Max visited the property for the termite and pest control service and he was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. The team was a pleasure to deal with and their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. I am very happy with the service and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend this fantastic family-owned business!

  We recently had We Kill Termites complete a termite treatment at our property and I genuinely could not be happier with the service. Archie was the technician who attended and he was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the areas of concern, clearly explain what he found, and walk us through the treatment process in a way that actually made sense. Termites are stressful to deal with, but he made the whole situation feel manageable and under control. The treatment itself was completed professionally and with care. Archie was respectful in our home, answered every question without hesitation, and made sure we understood what to expect moving forward. There was no rushing, no dismissiveness, just straightforward and honest advice. Since the treatment we have felt confident that the issue was properly addressed. It is rare to find a tradesperson who combines technical knowledge with great customer service, but Archie absolutely does. I would not hesitate to recommend We Kill Termites to anyone needing termite management.

  Highly recommended! Super easy and efficient booking system. For people who are busy, their process made it so easy via text. Excellent communication - they had a cancellation and called me the day earlier to move the booking sooner. They sent the quote upon booking which was made it very transparent and prices are very reasonable. The service was great. Super friendly service and efficient, communicated well about what was being done and how to make the most out of the treatment.
