Crystal Clear Solar

Update 6/11/2025 I had Crystal Clear Solar return to undertake maintenance on the bird anti roost spikes fitted to the top edges on my solar panels. Crystal Clear Solar were (as per previous times they have undertaken work on my solar system) very professional and easy to deal with. Their communication with the customer is first class from initial contact through to completion of the job. I can confidentially recommend Crystal Clear Solar should you require cleaning and maintenance of your solar panels. Previous Post: As always Crystal Clear Solar have been very professional, keeping me fully informed from booking to completion of the job (cleaning and repair of a loose section bird anti roost spikes). Previously Crystal Clear Solar fitted netting to the perimeter of the solar panels to prevent pigeons nesting under the panels along with bird anti roost spikes to the top sections of the solar panels. Crystal Clear Solar did a great job which is why I got them back to clean and inspect my solar system panels. Based on my experience with I would recommend Crystal Clear Solar for your solar panels cleaning, fitment of bird anti roost spikes and netting to solar panels perimeter.

We had Matt from Crystal Clear Solar come and clean our solar panels. He also checked out the whole system for us. We are very happy with the services provided. The panels are all extremely clean. And it is very good to know how the system itself is doing. The report was very clear and informative. I was concerned about how well the system was functioning, now I can relax. Very happy with service. Dylan was the technician that cleaned our panels. We have been in our house for a year but can only assume the panels had never been cleaned for years due to the state they were in. Dylan did a excellent job in getting them all cleaned up and generating more solar power and was very quick. Cost was better than I expected also which is awesome. ​I am impressed with the service I received from Crystal Clear Solar. When I called to book pigeon proofing and a panel clean, I was initially told they were booked out until mid-March. However, with heavy rains forecast, I reached out to Michelle to see if anything could be done sooner. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to juggle the schedule, managing to fit me in the very next day. I can’t thank Michelle enough for her efforts in prioritizing my request under the circumstances. ​The onsite experience was just as professional. Matt arrived promptly today and was extremely courteous throughout the visit. He worked efficiently, completing the entire job in about 90 minutes with zero hassle. I am very happy with the high-quality, satisfactory work they delivered on such short notice. I’m giving them a well-deserved five stars for their outstanding customer service and quick turnaround!

Very pleased with the service provided by the technician who did the work. He was prompt, polite and thorough. Also the data provided in the cleaning process was very informative. I had trouble paying on line due to the web page having the button to get to the payment details entry at the very top of the page (which was a copy of he invoice) and easy to miss. Suggest reviewing this process.
