While travelling around Oz in my motor home. I was rather alarmed to see what seemed to be cockroach’s on the inside of van. Spend 3 days barely sleeping, cleaning, sealing van up. In the end I contacted Ben - I’m so glad I did. He looked at photo and inspected the van. They were a type of grass/ sugar cane roach. They live outdoors and he pointed to the roof vent (old type with bigger gaps). They’ll be coming in there he said. So no need to treat it I just needed some honest advice. How many companies would have said I need to treat van when I didn’t need to. He didn’t even charge me any money. Thank you so much Ben!
