We "inherited" Greenhalgh Pest Services from the previous owners 10 years ago. We live in a timber Queenslander next to a creek/rainforest so we felt some comfort from the fact that termite barriers had been installed by the previous owners. We have used Greenhalgh for our yearly pest inspections and recently for a top up of the termite barriers. We love the fact that they are a family run, local company. Megan runs the office, sending us yearly reminders and always quick to return calls. Whenever we've had issues they have responded promptly. They've had the same staff for years which I think says a lot about a company. We appreciate having staff who are familiar with our property visiting each year. An inspection report is efficiently provided, complete with photos identifying any areas of concern. The billing system is also easy and efficient to use. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.
