Alan was very professional and knowledgeable about pest control and was able to attend our home within 24 hours. He talked us through the process and what to expect and was lovely to work with. Would recommend, especially for pest control at the end of a lease.

I am so thrilled about the service Alan from Avice Pest Control gave me today. I had an ant problem that was getting worse. Alan arrived in under 24 hours, listened to what I had to say and when I pointed out where the ants were, he observed and treated, not just that area, but the rest of my unit as well. I have had pest controllers in the past use a spray and charged me a fortune for the privilege. Alan on the other hand used 4 different options to not only treat the immediate, but fed them with a gel to take back to the nest to kill the entire nest. Within 30 minutes of Alan leaving they were feasting away, woohoo. What I appreciated the most was that not only did Alan treat me with respect and listened, he took the time to explain everything.... ant behaviour, what he was doing and what he was spraying including the effect on the ants. Bonus, the chemicals used also get rid of cockroach and spiders... as a woman, rarely do I get such respect from professionals... Alan, Thank you. I know you said you were semi retired, I pray that full retirement is a long way off. Ladies, this lovely chap will not only get rid of your pests, he will treat you as an equal... 😁👍
