Used SEQ B&P twice for pre-auction inspections recently, based on online recommendations and reviews. They provide an excellent service with great communication. As someone who has not been through this process before, and has little knowledge surrounding B&P inspections, Grant (building) and Scott (pest) came across as very honest and knowledgeable. They were happy to explain things in simple terms and provide advice regarding the implications of certain findings/estimated costs of repairs etc. where appropriate. It seems they really do have the buyer's best interest in mind when doing the inspections.
