From the very first call, he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the termite issue in a way I could easily understand. He was punctual, arriving exactly when he said he would, and was exceptionally polite and friendly throughout the entire process. ​Shayne worked hard and was extremely thorough, and the job was done to my complete satisfaction. Not only did he eradicate the termites, but also offered good advice on how to prevent future infestations. The commitment to customer care was proven when he happily returned to perform a follow-up check, ensuring the termites were completely gone. This level of service provides incredible peace of mind. A truly five-star experience from start to finish!
