This is the second time we have used JC Pest Control, after being impressed the first time. We had Charlie first (who was excellent), and this time we had his brother James, who was also excellent. Such a delight to communicate with, particularly when I previously had to cancel and postpone last minute due to a medical emergency. Very friendly, thorough, and it isn't a rushed job. They go the extra mile and highly recommend this company.

My inquiry was responded to quickly and professionally, they answered all of my questions and provided a very reasonable quote. Charlie was extremely accommodating and dedicated to finding a time that would suit and was so friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable when he arrived at our home. Their admin and customer service were excellent and I was just so impressed. 10/10
