I honestly cannot recommend Redback Pest Management highly enough, they are, without a doubt, the best pest control company I have ever dealt with. From the very beginning, their communication and care stood out. Taking the time to call over the weekend to follow up on how the job had gone, and then checking in again on Sunday to make sure everything was still going well. By Monday, they were already back to apply extra treatment, which showed an incredible level of commitment and responsiveness. What impressed me most was how meticulous the work was. Every area was carefully checked and it truly felt like no stone was left unturned. Throughout the entire process there was constant communication to ensure we were happy and confident with the extermination. Another thing that truly stood out was how clearly the entire process was explained to us. He took the time to walk us through how everything worked, what we needed to do to make sure the treatment was as effective as possible, and gave us practical advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again in the future. That level of guidance was incredibly helpful and has definitely made us more vigilant moving forward. It felt like such an important part of the service, and we really appreciated that he cared enough to make sure we understood everything, not just complete the job and leave. The turnaround time from first contact to completion of the service was amazingly fast, and they genuinely prioritised our situation to fit us into their schedule when we needed it most. That level of professionalism, thoroughness, and care is rare to find. If you need pest control, Redback Pest Management is absolutely the company to call.
