I engaged Total Pre-Purchase to conduct the building and pest on a property I recently bought. I found the communication open - prior to, during and after the inspection. The inspector was professional and friendly, explaining in layman's terms any defects he found, while explaining the likely course of action to effect a repair. The cost was on the higher end, but you get what you pay for. And with a substantial investment such as a house, I was happy with the thoroughness and detail. I recommend this company, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
