The team undertook a thorough building and pest inspection. Having experienced a poor outcome with the usual $500 inspection on a recent purchase (resulting in an uninhabitable property and months of fighting with insurers) we were happy to pay a bit extra for a careful and experienced team of professionals. The option of adding additional pre-purchase inspections for things like roof and electrical was a bonus and easily booked and arranged by the administrative staff. The advice provided has been invaluable and has allowed us to make sensible decisions on progressing our purchase contract.
