I called Shirl because I was suspecting a bed bug infestation. She asked me a lot of questions and she showed to care a lot about the matter. After sending her the pictures she requested me she assured me that the bites me and my girlfriend were suffering were from midges and not bed bugs. We recently had a green any infestation inside our house. We normally never kill any "pests" but we had no choice as our pets were being attacked. I called PDM and explained that I wanted the absolute minimum done as I hate killing things and didn't want the pest treatment to affect spiders/geckos/frogs etc. I felt that Kate really listened and understood my point of view and she sent out a technician the next day. Joel who came out was just amazing - very caring and understanding. We were green ant free inside by that afternoon. I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish and highly recommend the team at PDM.

Dave was very punctual, professional and polite explaining the process clearly and keeping us informed throughout.
