    Showed up at the exact time he said he was going to be there, explained the process and was quite understanding and appreciative we have pets. Left record of attendance and we received the invoice promptly via email to make payment. Warm and friendly, highly recommend and will ask him to return in 12 months when we are next due.

    Showed up on time and explained everything that he was doing. Very happy as in Normanton in caravan working and had little Singapore ants that got into everything and bite. Highly recommended
