Carla moved mountains to make our inspection time work within our contract time frame, supporting our every query, every step of the way. Michael meticulously encountered every single detail that ended up saving us potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars. With every answer was warmth, kindness and no shame in understanding our options. If you are buying a property - do not go to anybody else. Cairns Pre Purchase Building Reports have been nothing short of 5 star worthy! I have engaged them half a dozen times in the last couple of years and 100% happy with each and every inspection and report, whether I choose to go ahead with the purchase or not. I can meet them onsite at the end of the inspection and go over what they have found, to discuss how serious it might be and and then make a properly informed decision on the purchase. I have had both Kevin and more recently his son, Michael, carry out the inspections and the apple doesnt fall far from the tree. Both are extremely thorough Lastly, I cant do a review without also championing Carla, always happy to help and the very best of customer service. I can genuinely feel her smiling through the phone. Fantastic service by Michael and Carla. We arranged a pre-purchase building and pest inspection at short notice and Carla made it happen. Michael was extremely thorough and spent the time to take us through the property results in detail in person, which was really reassuring and helpful. The report was very detailed with heaps of photos and notes. It enabled us to understand immediate and short term maintenance costs and put our mind to rest about big ticket items.
