Wonderful service. I phoned as I needed urgent assistance due to infestation. Within an hour I had an appointment booked for the next day. Service was impeccable, Nathan was lovely and explained what he did to the house. Kizzy made the booking straight forward and no hassle. Kizzy and Nathan have been great to deal with from day 1. They helped us find an affordable and effective solution to bird proof our gutters/roof when we were struggling to get anyone else to engage. They were then able to complete the job relatively quickly. Comms have been great and everything done as described when planned despite some frustrating weather on the day and even provided flexibility for the invoicing as I live in a duplex so the cost and payments were split. Just a great experience overall.
