We have used Any's Pest control services sine he opened. This has equaled 4 houses and a business premise as well as the usual annual services. There is no one we would trust more with our pest control needs. Andy always takes the time to explain the chemicals and is able to answer any question we have had about treating for pest. If I could give more stars I would. Here is a customer for life.

I have lived my whole life in NSW and never needed pest control therefore never understood the value... however after 2 years in Woodhill I knew we should engage with someone (ants, spiders and more recently rodents). I feel like we have tried everything and nothing works, I thought if get a pro in and they can resolve even half of our issues I'd be happy. So I found Andy. Andy was professional, friendly, informative and on time. It's been a week since our whole house spray and NOT ONE SINGLE BUG!!!! No mozzies inside, no ants, no wolf spiders, not a cricket - I am amazed even with all the rain and humidity we have had. Regular customer - complete convert. 5 stars!!!!

Frequently asked questions

How much do pest controllers typically charge?

Costs vary widely depending on the pest type, how extensive the infestation is, property access and whether follow-up visits are needed. Most pest controllers charge a call-out fee plus an hourly labour rate, with materials and repeat treatments adding to the total. The prices shown on this page update live to help you compare current rates.

Do pest controllers charge call-out fees?

Many pest controllers charge a call-out fee to attend and assess your property, which is usually separate from labour and materials. After-hours, weekend or emergency attendance often attracts higher rates. It's worth confirming any call-out or minimum fees when requesting quotes.

Do pest controllers need a licence in Australia?

Yes. Pest control work generally must be carried out by a licensed pest controller in every Australian state and territory, and in NSW licensing is administered by the NSW Environment Protection Authority (NSW). Providers should display a valid state pest management licence and often hold industry credentials such as AEPMA membership or PestCert accreditation, public liability insurance and an ABN with GST registration. Many also provide a written service report and chemical usage log after treatment.
