What a fantastic husband and wife team. Tom shared his knowledge with us - offered us great advice we have never had before - issues were thoroughly outlined and explained and a Plan recommended to us to rid our property from termites for once and all! We feel just so relieved now - only sorry we didn’t seek the services of Valley Pest Services earlier!! It feels so good and comforting to know that the complete protection of our property is now in trusted and capable hands.

Valleys are very professional and knowledgeable about pests and their behaviours. Tom was very quick and has the right tools to get the job done without fuss. I have dead cockroaches everywhere now. Discovered termites in my garage last year (not on my wish list). Valley Pest Services set up a baiting program and have been back every four weeks checking that the termites were happily eating the bait instead of my garage. They stuck with it, explained everything clearly, and I’m pleased to say the termites have only recently packed up and left. Persistence clearly wins.

Tom and Tegan at Valleys Pest Control are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable about termites! Our termite problem was rectified and Tom came back for two more months to check that all was in order and left us with a strategy and comprehensive report on the resolution of two types of termite on the property.
