Very happy with Omar's pest control service from Safe Circle Pest Control. Had huge ant and pest problems at my home. He was easy to communicate with, was diligent in his work and am happy to continue using his services going forward.

Omar was great to deal with, prompt and did an extremely thorough job. Issued a thorough report after the service with follow up instructions too. I had used Flick pest control for a few years before Safe Circle - Flick were much more expensive and their work was ineffective.

He has a strong understanding of cockroach behaviour and pest control, and took the time to explain the process so I felt informed rather than just “sprayed and done.” What really stood out was his genuine approach — he explained that chemicals are only part of the solution (about 30%), with the rest coming down to what you do afterwards. He provided a clear report with practical tips to help prevent and minimise future infestations, which was very helpful. The price is absolutely worth it for a complete, proper job.
