From booking right through to the completion of the job, I had a fantastic experience with Conrad and pest assured. Unlike my previous experiences with pest control companies, Conrad started out by actually asking what my concerns were and then took his time to ensure he did the job thoroughly and carefully (including moving furniture where required and getting inside cupboards and in the nook under the stairs!) Conrad was lovely to deal with, excellent communication throughout the whole process and a quality job at very reasonable rate. Also he is just a really lovely human who knows his bugs with a level of detail that is very impressive. Will be booking again and definitely recommend.
