I actually rang the company to compliment them after the pest service. The Technician who came into my home was friendly, polite, answered all my questions and was really professional! The information I was sent before the service on what would be done and how to make sure our pets were safe was also great. Highly recommend!

I am a repeat user of Sydney Side Pest Control, Blacktown and have remained loyal for a number of reasons. Firstly, and most importantly the pest eradication treatments work as promised. I enjoy long periods following a treatment of not seeing any pests in my property. Secondly the price equals value for money. I have used this service for many years and have been pleased and surprised the price has remained stable. Friendly, courteous and educative service...today from Greg, the technician. Previously following a couple of treatments the following days were quite heavy rain downpours. After ringing the office and stating my concerns the team were happy to attend promptly to re-spray the outdoor areas, at no cost. Highly recommended

Used Sydney Side last year for pest control treatment and again this year for an annual pest control treatment. On time, very experienced, skilled and personable technician came to do the service. Inside and out treatment with minimal disruption but could already see within an hour after the treatment that it was working. Previous treatment was still working almost a year on so it was a no-brainer to book them again. Flat fee for inside and out general treatment of house and surrounds. Worth every dollar. Highly recommend giving them a call to discuss your service needs. Office staff are very courteous and were so helpful in being able to accommodate my scheduling needs. Will definitely be using them again next year
