Newcastle Pest Control

First time user of Newcastle Pest Control this season. I found the service excellent. From when I booked in to have my house seen to, the communication on the lead up with great reminders and then the actual day and follow up a few weeks later. Nic came and serviced the house on both the initial call and then a follow up a few weeks later. Punctual, well spoken, professionally presented he completed the job cleanly and with clear instructions regarding after spray care to be taken. I would highly recommend the team at Newcastle Pest Control.

Very happy to recommend Newcastle Pest Control if you've got cockroaches and/or mice in your home. My brother used these guys previously, so that's why I initially booked with them. I spoke with Bernadette on the phone to arrange the booking, she was super friendly and helpful, walking me through the process and how to prep our house beforehand. On the day, Layth was our pest guy. He was really professional and helpful too. The treatment was really effective - we got a liquid spray indoors/outdoors for the cockroaches, mouse powder in the roof, and mice feeder boxes under the fridge and couch. Within a day, we started seeing heaps of dead cockroaches, and day by day I saw less and less mouse poo and cockroach poo. Now, weeks later, I'm not finding any mice/cockroach poo or hearing them in the roof, which is such a relief. I would really recommend prepping your house as much as possible before your appointment to get the most out of it. I cleared out and cleaned some kitchen and bathroom cupboards etc, as well as pulled out furniture, fridge, dishwasher etc. This allowed Layth to reach/spray as many problem areas and skirting boards as possible. It takes a bit of time and effort but I think it's worth it. Initially, I was a bit nervous about getting a pest spray, as we have an 18 month old and German Shepherd, but I believe the product they use is very safe for kids and animals after it's dried and provided you've followed the safety steps. We definitely plan to rebook Layth and co in 6-12 months for a fresh spray, so I would definitely recommend them.

What a professional outfit. They scheduled us exactly when we requested; follow up, reminders and customer service were fabulous. Most of all the pest control on the property was brilliant. Great job and would highly recommend.
