    Daniel came out at short notice to inspect a property I was looking to buy. He was unable to access part of the house during the inspection, but he kindly rearranged his schedule (again at very short notice) to attend a 2nd visit to complete the inspection once our builder had organised access. The report was very thorough and Daniel was happy to talk through all of the questions I had. Highly recommended.
