What a great company. From the initial phone call and booking Dean was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The whole thing was quick and Dean explained everything he was doing and what he was using. As I have a Service Dog I was concerned about her but Dean was very reassuring about how safe the products he used were. I will definitely be using his services in the future.

Dean arrived on time and explained exactly what he would do and why. I had several questions which he took time to explain before carrying out the work and did so efficiently, without making a mess. Very happy with the service provided and would recommend. Payment was easily done online.

Frequently asked questions

How much do pest controllers typically charge?
Costs vary widely depending on the pest type, how extensive the infestation is, property access and whether follow-up visits are needed. Most pest controllers charge a call-out fee plus an hourly labour rate, with materials and repeat treatments adding to the total. The prices shown on this page update live to help you compare current rates.
Do pest controllers charge call-out fees?
Many pest controllers charge a call-out fee to attend and assess your property, which is usually separate from labour and materials. After-hours, weekend or emergency attendance often attracts higher rates. It's worth confirming any call-out or minimum fees when requesting quotes.
Do pest controllers need a licence in Australia?
Yes. Pest control work generally must be carried out by a licensed pest controller in every Australian state and territory, and in NSW licensing is administered by the NSW Environment Protection Authority (NSW). Providers should display a valid state pest management licence and often hold industry credentials such as AEPMA membership or PestCert accreditation, public liability insurance and an ABN with GST registration. Many also provide a written service report and chemical usage log after treatment.
