He is very easy to talk to and he gave me the choice he could come out that would cost and he would tell me the problem once he found it or we could talk over the phone and explain my problem and that’s free as he said talking free, it cost nothing so we had a chat. I told him my problem and I thought it was the feral cats and the possums pain under my house which then he asked me how do I know for sure it’s animals which I didn’t know for sure.
