  I have used KMC twice now and they were prompt, had great communication, and Mark was extremely thorough in carrying out his inspections, saving me a world of pain when he discovered extensive termite damage in a house I was going to purchase. I would have no hesitation in using KMC again and will be recommending them to anybody who asks.
