From the first phone call to receiving the report, the whole process was smooth and took less than a week. They were punctual, delivered everything on time, and there were no surprises along the way. Kurt went above and beyond in reviewing the report with me for this property in Armidale North, taking the time to clearly explain which issues were urgent, which weren’t, and the practical solution. That level of detail gave me real confidence in the property assessment. Elly was fantastic in handling the coordination side — liaising diligently with the real estate agents and keeping everything on track so things happened exactly as scheduled. I also had to request a follow-up inspection for another matter, and once again they were timely, thorough, and reliable.
