There were some particular issues that had to be addressed, and he was more than happy to pay extra attention to those areas. He listened to my questions and concerns and explained things to me very clearly. His report was comprehensive and easy to understand. Highly recommended.

  Nathan and Kate were so prompt in organising a quick turnaround on a pest and building report request for a property my husband and I have purchased. Nathan was extremely thorough, professional and friendly. He gave me his advice on how to deal with minor repairs by informing me where to go to obtain appropriate quotes from qualified persons to undertake those repairs. Kate, behind the scenes, was super lovely. They managed to squeeze us in a day earlier than expected in a stressful time period we were having during the purchase time. Thanks to Nathan and Kate, my husband and I highly recommend.

  Hogan inspections were engaged by the purchaser of my property and they undertook the pest and building inspection for the purchaser. Nathan showed up on time and called me when he was on his way to let me know he was 30 minutes out. Nathan Showed respect to my house and was happy to talk too.   I have known Nathan Hogan (Hogan Property Inspections) for over 30 years and am yet to find a more honest and reliable person than Nathan in that time. He has an unwavering level of commitment to everything that he does and that is most noticeable in his pest and building inspections and reporting. I am local real estate professional and partner of Ray White Macarthur Group with sixteen years experience in the industry. I have seen hundreds of pre-purchase property inspections conducted and read countless reports and there is a clear reason why Nathan's inspections and reports are better.....he actually cares about his work and his clients. I refer as many clients to Nathan as possible as does the team at Ray White Macarthur Group because we have 100% confidence in his work, reliability and that he delivers the report on time for the client.
