I had a fantastic experience with Critter Buster! Their customer service was outstanding—very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They were right on time, thorough in their work, and very reasonably priced. What I appreciated most was how easy they made the whole process. I have a baby at home and three dogs, so safety and efficiency were extremely important to me. They were considerate of our situation and made everything stress-free. Highly recommend their services!

We had Michael come out who walked us through the service, reason why we might be getting the guests and what we can do to prevent them coming back in the future. They're a great local business who provide a great service. With a 6 month warranty I can have peace of mind with my little one and pets.

I don't remember the last time I was this impressed with customer service. When I sent my request, I received a phone call from Nicole, who asked me a few questions, then advised what package would be best for my needs (ant and wasp problem). Michael, who arrived early (AMAZING!), was friendly and knowledgeable.
